Davel Van Rensburg Matabane Inc has been in existence since 2005 when the business was started as a family law practice by Riaan Davel and his mother Elsa Davel.
The first firm consisted of the son-mother team with one typist/receptionist and one conveyance typist, all practicing from a 3 bedroom house, converted into an office in Besembessie Street, Montana, Pretoria. The Firm soon had two full-time typists, one dedicated secretary and one part time bookkeeper. The firm also expanded in developing a bond department which assists with the registration and cancellation of bonds. The bond department successfully supplemented the services of the conveyancing department.
The original home-office was sold during 2008 when the firm relocated to 232 Dr. van der Merwe Street, Montana, Pretoria, into a bigger house which was converted in to an office. After five years the firm expanded yet again and the offices moved to the current premises situated at 143 Sefako Makgatho Drive (Old Zambezi Drive) Sinoville. The premises allows our clients to use the facilities if necessary for conferences or any other functions.
The firm Davel Van Rensburg Matabane Inc consists of the office manager, conveyancing typists, bond registration typists; bond cancellation typists; filing clerk and a messenger.
